Strawberry Whipped Cream

heavy cream

sugar

tbsp strawberry jello powder

Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Remove the bowl from the freezer. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry jello powder, and beat with an electric mixer for 4-5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form / it’s scoop-able with a spoon and holds its shape.

Use on cakes, cupcakes, pies, hot cocoa, etc. Place leftovers in a container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Place the metal bowl and whisk attachment in freezer for about 15 minutes so they are good and cold.

Pour the heavy whipping cream into mixing bowl and beat on high for 2 minutes.

Add the yellow cake mix and powdered sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

Lastly, add the sprinkles gently mix to combine. Keep refrigerated.

Used this as is for one of those trendy number cakes that are everywhere and loved the constancy of it.

Add heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the whisk attachment, and beat on low speed for 2-3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and is incorporated into the heavy cream.

Next, increase the speed to medium for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the whipped cream begins to form soft peaks. Turn off the mixer.

Pour in the amaretto liqueur, and continue to mix another 1-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.

Serve immediately, and store any leftover whipped cream in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
