Step 1

Combine apple, sultanas, sugar, cinnamon and almond meal in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean work surface. Place 2 level tablespoons of filling one-third up from the bottom edge in a line, leaving a 4cm border on each side. Fold bottom of wrapper over filling once, fold in the sides, then roll up to enclose filling; brush the join with a little water to seal. Repeat with remaining spring roll wrappers and filling.

Step 3

Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Spray rolls generously all over with cooking spray. Taking care, place rolls in the air fryer basket, cook for 15 minutes until rolls are golden brown.

Step 5

Dust rolls with icing sugar and serve with vanilla ice-cream.
