Step 1
Clean the spring cabbage and then shred with a veggie knife. Place the cabbage into a bowl with the oil and seasonings.
Step 2
Mix well with your hands to allow the cabbage to be well coated.
Step 3
Then tip the cabbage into the air fryer basket and spread out. Air fry at 180c/360f for 6 minutes or until crispy to your liking.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
