Air Fryer Cabbage

Spring Cabbage

Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tsp Dried Oregano

Tsp Dried Parsley

Salt & Pepper

Cosori Air Fryer

Clean

Clean the spring cabbage and then shred with a veggie knife. Place the cabbage into a bowl with the oil and seasonings.

Season

Mix well with your hands to allow the cabbage to be well coated.

Cook

Then tip the cabbage into the air fryer basket and spread out. Air fry at 180c/360f for 6 minutes or until crispy to your liking.

Air Fryer Cabbage (better than air fryer kale chips!)

Air fryer cabbage is seasoned with garlic, onion and salt to create an easy side dish of tender cabbage steaks with super crispy edges.

Crispy Garlic Air Fryer Cabbage

cabbage (red

avocado oil cooking spray

salt

garlic powder

onion powder

Place cabbage steaks onto a large baking sheet. Spray liberally with avocado oil cooking spray and season with the salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

Place the cabbage, seasoned side up on the trays of an air fryer. (*see note for other types of air fryers) Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, rotating the trays half way through cooking time.

Remove from the air fryer and serve while hot.

Air fried Cabbage is so tasty! Super easy and only a few ingredients like olive oil, garlic, herbs, and cheese make this a simple side dish.

½ medium head of cabbage ((about 5"

olive oil

garlic ((minced))

pepper

italian seasoning

parmesan cheese

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

Place cabbage wedges in a large bowl and coat with olive oil and seasoning mixture.

Place wedges in the air fryer basket and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, flipping after 10 minutes.

Adjust seasoning to liking. Serve and enjoy!

Air fried cabbage is an EASY side dish with only 5 ingredients! So tender and full of flavors. Air fryer cabbage is one of my favorite ways to make this vegetable recipe. This healthy side dish is a low carb & keto roasted vegetable recipe. A simple, easy recipe that you can make for any meal.

Air Fried Cabbage

Try these delicious bacon-wrapped air fryer cabbage cabbage wedges. You will love the combination of sweet and salty flavors.

Bacon Wrapped Air Fryer Cabbage Wedges

cabbage

bacon

maple syrup

kosher salt (to taste)

black pepper (to taste)

olive oil oil

green onions

Pre-heat Air Fryer at 370F (188C). Set at 12 minutes.

Remove core of cabbage then slice half of cabbage into two wedges then cut into two. Total of 8 thin wedges.

Lightly brush cabbage wedges with olive oil.

Season cabbage wedges with salt and black pepper.

Tightly wrap cabbage wedges with bacon, preferably covering each tip. Secure with toothpicks.

Lightly brush bacon-wrapped cabbage wedges with maple syrup.

Gently transfer bacon-wrapped cabbage wedges onto Air Fryer tray and slowly insert tray into the middle cooking chamber, near the rotisserie catch.

Turn bacon-wrapped cabbage wedges half-way through. Opt to wait for the “turn food” reminder provided by the Air Fryer.

Wait for the timer to end and Air Fryer to stop before opening the oven door or once cabbage wedges are fully cooked and bacon are golden in color, press “cancel” at the control panel of the Air Fryer Oven.
