Love kale chips, then you will love crispy air fryer cabbage. Made with spring cabbage, olive oil and seasonings, this has to be the best ever air fryer healthy snack.

Air Fryer Cabbage

Spring Cabbage

Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tsp Dried Oregano

Tsp Dried Parsley

Salt & Pepper

Cosori Air Fryer

Clean

Clean the spring cabbage and then shred with a veggie knife. Place the cabbage into a bowl with the oil and seasonings.

Season

Mix well with your hands to allow the cabbage to be well coated.

Cook

Then tip the cabbage into the air fryer basket and spread out. Air fry at 180c/360f for 6 minutes or until crispy to your liking.

Air Fryer Cabbage (better than air fryer kale chips!)

Air fried Cabbage is so tasty! Super easy and only a few ingredients like olive oil, garlic, herbs, and cheese make this a simple side dish.

½ medium head of cabbage ((about 5"

olive oil

garlic ((minced))

salt

pepper

italian seasoning

parmesan cheese

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.

Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

Place cabbage wedges in a large bowl and coat with olive oil and seasoning mixture.

Place wedges in the air fryer basket and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, flipping after 10 minutes.

Adjust seasoning to liking. Serve and enjoy!
