Step 1

Cut the crusts off each slice of cinnamon raisin bread.Using a rolling pin or a glass, flatten each slice of bread to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.

Step 2

Spread softened cream cheese evenly over one side of each flattened slice of bread.

Step 3

Roll each slice of bread tightly into a log, pressing the edges gently to keep them together.

Step 4

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, whipping cream or heavy cream, and vanilla extract.

Step 5

In another shallow bowl or on a plate, combine the sugar and cinnamon.

Step 6

Dip each bread log into the egg mixture, making sure all sides are coated.

Step 7

Transfer each log to the cinnamon sugar bowl/plate and coat evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Step 8

Place the coated logs on a plate until you have finished dipping all of them.

Step 9

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.

Step 10

Place the cinnamon raisin bread logs in the air fryer basket and cook for eight minutes at 350°F—keep a close eye on them as air fryer cooking times vary significantly by machine

Step 11

Flip the logs over and spray them with a little more oil if needed. Cook for an additional 2-4 minutes OR until golden brown and cooked to your liking.

Step 12
