Step 1
Start by peeling the onions, and then slice them horizontally into rings.
Step 2
Place your onion rings into a large mixing bowl. Season them with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dry mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 3
Toss the onions into an air fryer basket.
Step 4
Season your liver with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, and smoked paprika. Season on both sides.
Step 5
Place the liver on top of the onions in the basket. And set the temperature to 370 degrees F, for 7 minutes.
Step 6
The liver was fully cooked, so I removed it and placed it on a plate.
Step 7
I used a pair on tongs and tossed the onions and set the air fryer for another 4 minutes.
Step 8
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
