Step 1
Lay the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the refried beans on one-half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the beans with cheese.
Step 2
Fold the tortilla in half. Repeat the steps with the remaining tortilla.
Step 3
Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket, allowing for space in between.
Step 4
Air fry them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes, flipping them over halfway through. The tortillas should be golden and crisp, and the cheese melted.
Step 5
Serve the quesadilla immediately on its own or topped with guacamole, sour cream, Greek yogurt, and salsa. Enjoy!
