Step 1
Cut the top of the garlic bulb off with a sharp knife, making sure to cut off the tops of every clove.
Step 2
Place the bulb on a small sheet of aluminum foil and drizzle with oil.

Wrap the bulb in aluminum foil and place in your air fryer basket.
Step 4
Set air fryer to 390˚F. Air fry for 20 to 25 minutes, until the garlic begins to caramelize and the top turns golden brown.
Step 5
Remove from the air fryer carefully with oven mitts or tongs. Once cool enough to handle, remove from foil and squeeze out clove to store or use immediately.
Step 6
Serve in pasta dishes, dips, salad dressings, sandwiches, garlic bread, and more.
