To make the base mix all the ingredients together well to form a sticky dough. In a Thermomix, 30 seconds, speed 3.
Step 3
Press firmly into a lined slice tin (27cm x 18cm) and bake 20 minutes.
Step 4
Make the raspberry layer by mixing the defrosted berries with the chia seeds.
Step 5
In a small pot, melt the butter and sugar for a few minutes then mix in the flaked almonds.
Step 6
Top the slice with the raspberry layer and with damp hands press the almonds on top and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
