Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl or zip-lock plastic bag. Add pork chops, cover bowl or seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours. Be sure to not skip the marinade. The apple cider marinade infuses flavor and tenderizes the pork chops!
Step 2
When ready to cook; spray a medium nonstick skillet with non stick cooking. Discard the any remaining marinade.
Step 3
Sauté pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown along the edges.
Step 4
Remove the pork chops from pan and keep warm on a plate.
Step 5
Stir together apple cider, mustard, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, and brown sugar or sweetener into a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Step 6
Add apple cider mixture into the same heated skillet. Simmer, uncovered for 1 minute.Continue stirring and scrape the bottom of the pan, removing any brown bits

Simmer for another 5 -8 minutes or until sauce slightly thickens.
Step 8
Place the pork chops back into the pan

Toss the chops in sauce to coat
Step 10
Simmer for an additional 2-5 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from heat. Serve warm with your favorite steamed veggies.
