Step 1

Add the water and Quaker® Oatmeal Squares to a large bowl and allow to dissolve for five minutes, breaking up the cereal and stirring frequently. Strain the water into a large saucepan and discard the solids.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Serve while still warm.
