Step 1
Toast your bread in the toaster or oven.
Step 2
Cut the avocados open and remove the seed.
Step 3
Scoop out the avocados into a bowl, add in a splash of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4
Smash your avocado with a fork to the texture you like. Leave it chunky or smash it until smooth.
Step 5
Spread it onto your toasted bread.
