This Avocado Toast with Egg is packed with proteins, healthy fats and nutrients and it&#39;s made in less than 10 minutes. You can&#39;t go wrong with this recipe and it can be enjoyed for breakfast, snack, lunch or even dinner.

Avocado Toast with Egg- 3 Ways

multi grain bread (or bread of your choice)

Avocados (mashed)

Lemon juice (to taste, in avocado)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)

Toast your bread in the toaster or oven.

Cut the avocados open and remove the seed.

Scoop out the avocados into a bowl, add in a splash of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and red pepper flakes.

Smash your avocado with a fork to the texture you like. Leave it chunky or smash it until smooth.

Spread it onto your toasted bread.

Top with cooked eggs (see blog post). Garnish and enjoy.
