Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Place wheel of brie on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving it in the wooden container (if it came in one).
Step 3
Slice a crosshatch pattern across the top of the brie.
Step 4
Spread fig jam across the top of the wheel of brie.
Step 5
Add pistachios and thyme.
Step 6
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until gooey and melty inside. Use a spoon to gently press on the top of the rind to feel if it is melted inside.
Step 7
Serve with sliced crusty French baguette, crackers, or crostini.
