Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread

sourdough bread

(1 stick) butter

thyme

(16 oz) wheel of brie, chopped or cubed

whole berry cranberry sauce

Kosher salt,

Slice bread horizontally and vertically to create 1-inch cubes but taking care not to slice all the way through.

In a small bowl, combine the butter, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and stir to combine.

Place bread on a baking sheet and brush with butter mixture, taking care to get butter inside all of the slices.

Stuff each space with brie and cranberry sauce and wrap bread in foil. Bake until cheese has melted, about 20 minutes.

This quick and easy baked brie with jam is a holiday appetizer that takes just 10 minutes and 5 ingredients to prep and it can be made ahead!

crostini, crackers, sliced baguette

Place wheel of brie on a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving it in the wooden container (if it came in one).

Slice a crosshatch pattern across the top of the brie. 

Spread fig jam across the top of the wheel of brie.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until gooey and melty inside. Use a spoon to gently press on the top of the rind to feel if it is melted inside.

Serve with sliced crusty French baguette, crackers, or crostini.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface to a 9x12-inch (23x30 cm) rectangles.

Spread the pesto sauce over the sheets using a spatula or spoon. Top with the shredded chicken, Parmesan, and salt.

Starting from a short end, carefully roll up the puff pastry to form logs.

Slice the logs into ½-inch (1 cm) rounds and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing 1 inch (2 cm) apart. Brush with egg wash.
