Step 1

Place the snapper on a buttered baking pan.

Step 2

Season the fillets with salt and white pepper.

Step 3

Brush with melted butter.

Step 4

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, minced mint, and spoon on top of each fillet.

Step 5

Top each fillet with lemon slices and cherry tomatoes.

Step 6

Add white wine to the pan.

Step 7

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

Step 8

Remove and transfer to a platter and serve.
