A creamy and delicious chia pudding loaded with banana flavour!

Banana cream pie chia pudding

chia seeds

full-fat coconut milk

almond milk almond

tbsp agave (maple syrup works too)

tsp cinnamon

banana, mashed

banana, chopped (to top)

coconut flakes (to top)

Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, agave, cinnamon and mashed banana together in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up

Plate the chia puddings into 2 cups and topped with chopped bananas and coconut chips

Yummy.  You hit a soft spot here babe.  So delicious.  You really can't beat this combo. Will defo be making again!

I made this and it's so delicious! I used all coconut milk to use all the can at once. When calculated the calories, yikes! Next time I'll follow the recipe and use 50% almond milk, 50% coconut milk. A really big fan though, especially good iron content.

This recipe is incredible!!!! I live in a college dorm and make it by just guessing the amounts (I don’t have any measuring materials) and it turns out amazing every time. My friends always eat it when they come in my room!! Its delicious!

I LOVE this recipe. It completely changed my morning routine. It’s so simple, can be prepared in advance (just add the toppings in the morning), and delicious!! It’s like having dessert for breakfast but it’s good for you! I eat it every single day and it’s the happiest way to start my morning :)



I don't have chia seeds available right now. Would it turn out similar (as in edible) is I used oats? :) Thanks!

I made this for breakfast and it was so delicious. I left out the maple syrup and the mashed banana for fear it might brown overnight and just sweetened it with the banana topping. So good, but the spoonfuls without the banana  did need a little sweetness to curb the bitterness of the chia seed. Next time i will add in the maple syrup.

This chia pudding is delicious! I’m doing Whole30 so I left the sweetener out. It’s so good!

Lovely tasty breakfast or dessert recipe. 
I’ve just stranded today my plant based healthy lifestyle and I loved this breakfast but as I’m trying to loose weight it is high in calories? Does it matter? Will I still loose the pounds??
