How to Make Chia Seed Pudding - Easy Recipe!

almond milk, cashew milk

tbsp chia seeds

maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

fruit, nuts and seeds

Add the chia seeds and milk (along with optional sweeteners) to a bowl or jar and stir together. Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again once the seeds have started to gel. 

Cover the bowl or jar and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Chia seeds can also be made overnight for breakfast the next morning.

Stir the chia pudding before serving and add your favorite fruit, nuts, seeds and spices.

Chia seed pudding is one of my favorite healthy breakfasts and it couldn't be easier to make. Especially when you let the chia seeds soak overnight! This vegan and paleo-friendly chia pudding can be made with your favorite non-dairy milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk. HOW TO MAKE CHIA SEED PUDDING | paleo & vegan chia pudding

This Classic Vanilla Chia Pudding recipe is easy to make and perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert! 

Classic Vanilla Chia Pudding

cup chia seeds

milk

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp maple syrup

Let sit for 2 minutes until it begins to gel, and then give it a good mix again with a fork or a whisk.

Let sit for at least 1 hour before serving, or overnight in the fridge.

Serve with fresh fruits, yogurts, jams, granola or anything else you&#8217;re heart desires!

A creamy and delicious chia pudding loaded with banana flavour!

Banana cream pie chia pudding

chia seeds

full-fat coconut milk

almond milk almond

tbsp agave (maple syrup works too)

tsp cinnamon

banana, mashed

banana, chopped (to top)

coconut flakes (to top)

Combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, agave, cinnamon and mashed banana together in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up

Plate the chia puddings into 2 cups and topped with chopped bananas and coconut chips

Yummy.  You hit a soft spot here babe.  So delicious.  You really can't beat this combo. Will defo be making again!

I made this and it's so delicious! I used all coconut milk to use all the can at once. When calculated the calories, yikes! Next time I'll follow the recipe and use 50% almond milk, 50% coconut milk. A really big fan though, especially good iron content.

I made this for breakfast and it was so delicious. I left out the maple syrup and the mashed banana for fear it might brown overnight and just sweetened it with the banana topping. So good, but the spoonfuls without the banana  did need a little sweetness to curb the bitterness of the chia seed. Next time i will add in the maple syrup.

In any glass container with a tight seal lid, add ingredients in the following order: milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds. If you would like to add toppings in the morning, use bigger jars, otherwise use smaller jars (pictured).

Stir well with a spoon or fork, let sit for 1 minute and stir 2 more times. This will prevent lumps.

Then refrigerate overnight.

When ready to eat, stir well and top with favourite toppings: nuts, berries, fruit, coconut flakes etc.

In a lidded 3- to 4-cup jar, combine the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. Cover and shake to combine. Chill for a few hours, then give it a good stir to loosen any clumps. Continue chilling for 12 to 18 hours for the pudding to set.

Serve with fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, and maple syrup as desired.

You are going to be blending all of your ingredients together in a Vitamix or blender, so get it set up. 

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave, for about 45 seconds or so.

While that is melting add the almond milk, sweetener and vanilla to the blender, and blend for 30 seconds until they are combined. 

Now drizzle in the coconut oil while the blender is in motion for 30 seconds to prevent it from clumping up.

Add the chia seeds and pulse for about 30 seconds. Let it sit for 5 minutes and pulse again. Do this 2-4 more times until the pudding starts to thicken up.

That’s how simple it is. Now pour the chia pudding into one big dish or individual dishes and store them in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Let the chia seeds mixture sit for 5 minutes. Give it another good stir to avoid clumps (this is super important!).

Cover and let it set in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours or overnight.

Remove from the fridge and add your favorite toppings: coconut yogurt, fresh berries, and/or granola.

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, honey vanilla and sea salt until combined (it’s easier to incorporate honey if the milk is room temperature).

Add chia seeds and whisk to combine.

Place the large bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Transfer mixture into 2-4 glass jars with lids.

Chill overnight in the refrigerator, or for at least 8 hours.

Once chilled, serve plain or with desired toppings.

To make in one bowl:

Put all of the ingredients in the order listed into the container of a Vitamix (or other high-powered blender).

Blend starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high, until the mixture is smooth.

Transfer mixture to jars and chill overnight, or for at least 8 hours. Serve.

Grind Chia Seeds

Add the Chia seeds into a magic bullet or food processor and grind.

Pour into the Glass

Place instant coffee, sugar sweetener, and boiling water in equal parts into the food processor and start mixing it. It will take approximately 3 to 4 minutes until the foam begins forming.

I have been a little hesitant to jump on the Chia Seed Pudding trend but honestly, this is delicious! I used coconut almond milk to add some more flavor. It satisfies my sweet tooth in a very healthy way and it helps me stay full longer. Seriously, if you are on the fence, just make it! Easy and delicious!
