Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, add Mozzarella Cheese (3.3 ounce), Egg (2), Almond Flour (1/2 cup), Swerve Confectioners Sugar Replacement (4 tablespoon), Xanthan Gum (1/4 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/4 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1/4 teaspoon), and Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon). Whisk until well combined.

Step 2

Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray. Spoon the batter onto the waffle iron and smooth out using the back of the spoon.

Step 3

Cook until done according to waffle iron’s instructions, about 3 minutes.

Step 4

Transfer the ‘chaffle’ from the waffle iron to a serving plate and let it cool for 1 minute.

Step 5

Top your Basic Sweet ‘Chaffles’ with Whipped Cream (to taste), Fresh Blackberry (to taste), and Dark Chocolate (to taste) or toppings of choice.
