FIRST STEP:Place the Dutch oven on medium high heat

Add 1 tbsp Olive Oil

SECOND STEP:Add in the cut and cubed meat and the chopped onions

Brown the meat and cook just until the onions soften a little

THIRD STEP:In a bowl, combine the milk, the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, the red wine vinegar and the Lipton onion Beef soup mix

When soups are combined, add to the pot with the meat and onions

FOURTH STEP:Cook until it begins to simmer

Lower the heat and cook for 4 hours or until the beef tips are tender

FIFTH STEP:When the meat is tender, add in the cooked noodles

Stir well to combine and allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently
