In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, oil, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper together. Pour into a resealable plastic bag.

Add the chicken to the bag, coat with the marinade, squeeze out the excess air, and seal the bag.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Preheat the grill to medium-low heat.

Lightly oil the grates of the grill.

Drain and discard the marinade.
