Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use grease and flour 3 (7×or 2 (9xloaf pans. Set aside.

Beat eggs and pumpkin puree in a large mixing bowl and whisk together well or use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or electric hand mixer. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar and whisk until well combined.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove the loaves and let cool completely on a wire rack.
