Preheat your oven to 350 °F.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, add the bananas and mash them until relatively smooth. Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the bowl. Crack in the eggs, pour in the milk, syrup, and add the walnuts. Mix to combine.

Pour in the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together.
Step 5
Spray a 13"x9" pan with oil and add the oat mixture.
Step 6
Bake at 350 °F for 55-60 minutes.
Step 7
For the topping, warm the peanut butter up for a few seconds then add the syrup and cinnamon. Add it to a ziplock bag cut off a small corner and pipe over the oatmeal.
Step 8
This recipe makes 5 servings. Cut the oatmeal into 5 equal pieces. It will last up to 5 days in the fridge.
