Step 1
Heat the oven to 175°C. Combine the oats, banana, egg whites, milk, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a blender, then blend until smooth.
Step 2
Spray a baking dish with oil spray or rub with coconut/other oil, then pour in the mixture.
Step 3
Melt 1 tsp Biscoff spread for 10-15 seconds in the microwave and pour it in the dish. Swirl it around into the batter with a skewer, toothpick or the tip of a knife.
Step 4
Add another 1 tsp spread (not melted) into the centre of the mixture, smoothing the oats over the top so it’s in the middle of the mixture. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until you can insert the skewer and have it come out clean.
Step 5
Melt another 1 tsp Biscoff spread and drizzle on top, followed by half a Lotus biscuit.
