Baked Oats (Tiktok Viral!)- 2 ways

banana

maple syrup

milk (plant based as desired)

nut butter

vanilla

old fashioned oats

baking powder

baking soda

salt

cinnamon

mix-ins

eggs

milk (dairy free works)

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a small casserole dish. Mine is a unique size of 6&#215;8 but anything close to that will work including a 9&#215;5 bread loaf pan or an 8&#215;8 inch brownie pan (although you might want to slightly alter the baking time depending on your size).

Add all ingredients to a blender MINUS your mix ins. Blend until creamy and little to no chunks of the oats remain. Mix in berries or anything else you desire.

Pour batter into the greased baking dish and top with my mix ins as desired. Bake for 20-25 minutes (mine was perfect at 25 minutes) or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

This may be one of the BEST baked oatmeal recipes I’ve tried yet! Holy smokes, it’s delicious. I made the vegan version, added chocolate chips to mine, and used agave syrup instead of maple syrup. Yummy! Love that i get to basically eat cake for breakfast!

So for those of us who don&#039;t always love banana, I wanted to share this apple version! Baked Apple Oats

rolled oats (40 grams)

medium apple, diced (100 grams)

tsp baking powder

tbsp slivered almonds

tbsp brown sugar (loosely packed)

tbsp rolled oats

Preheat your oven to 350F.

Put the diced apple in a microwave safe dish and heat on high until soft, around 2-3 minutes. You can also do this on the stovetop if you&#039;d like!

Add the cooked apple, oats, egg &amp; egg white, baking powder, cinnamon and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add all the ingredients to a small baking dish, I recommend either a mini dutch oven, a mini pie dish (which is what I used) or a small loaf tin.

In a small dish, whisk together all the ingredients for the optional streusel topping. Gently pour that evenly on top of the batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Eat immediately!

Tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)

Preheat the oven to 375 F

Place all ingredients into the blender. Except for the chocolate chips.

Blend for one minute until all ingredients are well blended.

Pour the batter equally into two greased ramekins. Add half a tablespoon of chocolate chips into the batter and mix it in. Top with the other half tablespoon of chocolate chips.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Let it cool and serve!

Easy Peachy Berry Baked Oats

rolled oats (1 cup)

250 milliliters plant based milk

tsp vanilla extract

egg (optional)

peach

blackberries

pecans

Nut butter (hazelnut / almond),

Combine rolled oats, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, sweetener and nuts in a bowl.

Taste the mixture and adjust to your preferred sweetness, then, if desired, add an egg and mix until combined. Egg is optional but is good for extra protein.

Transfer mixture into an oven-safe / cast iron pan. Pop berries and fruit on top and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Then, add in all other wet ingredients and mix until combined. Set aside.

Put quick oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a food processor or high-power blender and blitz until combined and the texture becomes powdery like flour. Add mixture to mixing bowl and mix until combined and no lumps remain.

Grease your muffin tin, and pour the batter in. Fill each cup to about 3/4 full.

Bake for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Transfer to cooling rack and let them cool down completely before storing in an air-tight container.

Zucchini Pizza Baked Oats

oat flour

g protein powder

½ tsp baking powder

ml milk

tomato sauce

½ courgette (grated)

oregano

mozarella

cheese (grated)

Mix 50 g oat flour, 10 g protein powder and 1/2 tsp baking powder, oregano and salt in a bowl.

Add 50 ml milk, 40 g tomato sauce, 1/2 tbsp olive oil and half a courgette (grated).

 Pour 2/3 of the mix in another bowl.

Add 1 tbsp tomato sauce and mozzarella or grated cheese in the center of the mixture.

Add the rest of the mixture on top. And add extra cheese on top (I also added tomatoes and sausage). DO NOT MIX IT AGAIN!

Put it in the oven on 200 C for 20-25 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 425F.

Drain the tofu and lightly press it with a paper towel. This is just to pat it dry, you don&#039;t need to press it for an extended period of time!

Cut the tofu into 12 even square pieces.

Put your cornstarch in one bowl, the plant milk in another, and the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a third bowl. Toss together the breadcrumbs with the salt and pepper.

Use your right hand and pick up a piece of tofu, toss it in the cornstarch so it is lightly coated. Then use your right hand and dip it in the plant milk. Use your right hand to remove it from the milk and drop in the breadcrumb mixture.

Then switch to your left hand and toss the tofu in the breadcrumbs until it is well coated. Use your left hand to move the tofu to a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat this process for each tofu square, using your right hand for the wet mixture, and your left for the breadcrumbs!

Bake the tofu for 15 minutes at 425F. Then flip the tofu pieces and bake for another 15 minutes. Do one more flip and bake for another 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

While the tofu is baking, whisk together the agave nectar, Frank&#039;s Red Hot and sambal oelek in a small dish. Taste and adjust for your heat/sweetness preference!

When the tofu is out of the oven, drizzle with the hot &quot;honey&quot; glaze and enjoy!

Baked oats are an easy make-ahead breakfast for the whole week! Ready in 20 minutes and lasts all week.

Baked Oatmeal

½ cups (275 grams) oats

sugar

eggs ((or substitute flax eggs))

¼ cups (300 milliliters) milk ((or non-dairy milk))

vegetable oil

banana (mashed)

berries

water

Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Lightly grease a 8-inch/20cm square baking pan.

Mix together the oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk the eggs, milk, oil, banana and vanilla together then pour into the dry mixture and stir well.

Bake

Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.

Storage

Keep refrigerated for up to 6 days and serve portions cold or warmed up in the oven or microwave.

Blended Baked Oats

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.

In a blender, combine the oats, milk, egg, banana, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey. Blend for 30 seconds.

Mix in half of the chocolate chips, and pour the batter into 2 greased ramekins or a small oven-safe dish. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven, and drizzle with creamy peanut butter and enjoy.

Make the batter as per the instructions above, and fill your ramekins.

Cover the ramekins with foil and place a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add ¾ cup of water, and place the ramekins on the trivet. You can even stack 4 or 5 of them (you&#039;ll need to make more batter though).

Cover with the lid, make sure that the valve is sealed, and pressure cook on high for 15 minutes. When the pressure cooking ends, do a natural release for 10 minutes then quickly release the remaining steam (if necessary). Remove from the Instant Pot using mitts, then remove the foil and enjoy warm.
