Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine sausages, panko, eggs, green onions, cheese, and 1 cup of cold water.
Step 3
Mix well to combine and form 18 to 24 meatballs. Approximately the size of a golf ball.
Step 4
Place meatballs into a well oiled oven safe casserole dish, meatballs should all be touching.
Step 5
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until meatballs are nicely browned.
Step 6
Allow meatballs to cool before serving. Season to taste as needed and serve next to some fried eggs and hash browns for a complete meal.
Step 7
Chef's Note: For a more authentic meatball you can fry meatballs in a bit of oil and a non-stick pan to crisp them before placing in oven to finish cooking.
