Buffalo Chicken Chili

(15-1/2 ounces) navy beans, rinsed and drained

(14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth

(14-1/2 ounces) fire-roasted diced tomatoes

(8 ounces) tomato sauce

Buffalo wing sauce

onion powder

garlic powder

chicken breast

(8 ounces) cream cheese,

Optional toppings: Crumbled blue cheese, chopped celery and chopped green onions

Easy and delicious! I did tweak a bit by adding 2 pkts of Taco  Seasoning  and 1 pkt of  Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix to deepen the flavor. I also found that there was not enough chicken so I added a Rotisserie chicken I had on hand! All in all very tasty!

Quick and easy soup for spicy soup folks....I added some hot sauce as well.

I am a bit worried about the sodium in it since one of my grandkids already has high sodium levels. So I will have to make this when she is not here. For the wing sauce, I will be using Sweet Baby Ray's Wing Sauce. that beats anything else I have tried.

This is such an easy soup. I put it in the crockpot just before we left for church and had a wonderful dinner ready at our normal dinner time. The 3 of us thought it was a great recipe and I only made one addition. Besides the one can of beans called for,  I also added a can of drain & rinsed Pinto beans. That was the only difference and my soup turned out very flavorful. The chicken easily shredded like a dream and the cream cheese gave this soup a perfect texture. I did chop up the optional toppings, celery, green onion & crumbled blue cheese. We really loved the crunch of the celery and flavor of the green onion, but the blue cheese was not to our liking for this soup, even though we all love blue cheese. we all agreed the taste was much better without it. Wow Peggy!  What a wonderful recipe!  The combo of flavors creates such a tasty chili that everyone loved. Next time I make it, I would add a 2nd can of beans and roasted tomatoes-just personal preference.  This is a real winner!!
