Heat olive oil in a large stock pot over medium-high heat. Brown the ground chicken, breaking up the meat until cooked through

Add onion, peppers, celery, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook, stirring until the vegetables soften, about 5 to 6 minutes.

Add white beans, canned tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, beer, hot sauce and sugar and bring to a boil and simmer uncovered on medium-low for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
