接著,加入料理酒攪拌至吸收,再加入醬油繼續攪拌!

接下來加入蠔油⋯順方向攪拌到肉餡完全吸收!

接下來加胡椒粉,繼續攪拌至肉餡完全吸收⋯

接下來,加入水攪拌到完全吸收⋯水要少量慢慢加入,邊加邊攪拌!這個時候的肉餡會非常有黏性!

接下來,再加入薑末⋯

最後加入蔥末,攪拌到完全均勻⋯餛飩肉餡完成!

準備開始包餛飩⋯準備ㄧ碗食用水,包餛飩時黏著用!
