Step 1
先將半份麵糰材料放入麵包機揉麵8-10分鐘,取出後再放入另外半份麵糰材料攪拌15分鐘。

第二份麵糰揉麵期間迅速的將第一份麵糰均分5份分別染上紅、黃、綠、藍、紫五色。利用冰寶放在盤子下降溫來延緩酵母作用。各色麵糰最後用三桿三折方式將麵糰整形成方形。白色比彩色稍寬一點!
Step 3
彩色麵糰抹上植物油切成細條。依序在白色麵糰上疊上紅、黃、綠、藍、紫五色,藉由層疊時稍微拉長彩色麵糰跟白色麵糰一樣寬,將白色麵糰捏合,接合處朝下。
Step 4
利用線來切割麵糰以保持切面完整。 (或使用鋒利的刀子快速切下才不會擠壓到麵糰)
Step 5
發酵至2倍大,蒸烤爐100℃蒸16分鐘。時間到靜置5分鐘再慢慢開爐取出。完成~ ⚠️發酵程度、蒸的時間可依照不同的蒸製器具調整(如:電鍋、蒸籠…)
