Carajillo Cocktail (Just 2 Ingredients!)

Step 1

Place a rocks or old-fashioned glass in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 5 minutes.

Step 2

Place 2 ounces espresso or cold brew coffee and 2 ounces Licor 43 in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, seal, and shake until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.

Step 3

Fill the chilled glass with ice. Pour through a strainer into the glass. Garnish with roasted coffee beans if desired.
