Step 1
Warm the butter in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Sauté thinly sliced onion for 2 minutes until translucent.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Break it apart with a spatula as needed.

Remove onion beef mixture and set aside.

Step 7
Remove from heat, arrange on a plate and serve warm.
