Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly brown meat in a skillet over medium heat.

Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Add the cream, cream cheese, and salt. Mix well to combine. Add meat and stir well.

Pour the egg meat mixture into a greased 9-inch round pie plate or something similar. Bake for 25-30 minutes until eggs set. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Saute

Warm the butter in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Sauté thinly sliced onion for 2 minutes until translucent.

Cook

Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Break it apart with a spatula as needed.

Pour the eggs into the pan and cook without disturbing until the egg sets. It takes about 3 minutes over medium heat.

Arrange the meat over one-half of the eggs. Sprinkle half of the cheese on top and fold the omelette over. Lower heat, top with remaining cheese, and cover with a lid. Continue cooking until cheese melts completely.

Serve

Remove from heat, arrange on a plate and serve warm.

Great recipe ideas, thanks for sharing. I made the egg base, then poured half of it in a bowl, and added the ground beef, more cheese and filled 6 greased muffin cups. I took the rest of the egg mixture, and put cut up deli ham, and more cheese, filled the other 6 cups. Cooked them. I put 3 eggs in a bowl, shredded cheese, and room temperature cream cheese, mixed with a fork. I used drained pickled jalapeno peppers, cut them up small pieces, and mixed them in the egg cheese mixture. I lined a 8x8 pan parchment paper, ( I should have oiled it) and poured in in, baked at 350° until browned. I'm going to make bacon egg cheese, muffins, also substitute with  sausage, and the Buffalo chicken.  So many ideas! I'm going to make taco flavored meat cups, and ground beef philly cheese cups.
