Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick oil spray.

Step 3

Prepare the green beans by washing, trimming the ends and removing any moisture from them using paper towels.

Step 4

Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Set aside.

Step 5

In a small bowl stir together olive oil, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and Italian seasoning.

Step 6

Pour the mixture on top of the green beans and toss to evenly coat.

Step 7

Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender-crisp.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and top with the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Distribute the cheese evenly on top.

Step 9

Return to the oven and broil until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly and golden, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 10

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
