Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Crush 26 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs, using a food processor.
Step 2
Add in the melted butter and process again until a dough forms. (If the cookie crumbs are still slightly dry, add more butter 1 Tablespoon at a time.)
Step 3
Press the cookie crust into a lined 9x9 casserole dish.
Step 4
Place the casserole dish in the fridge as you prepare the cream cheese layer.
Step 5
Combine the cream cheese, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla and sugar, and mix well. Stir in 1 cup of cool whip.
Step 6
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crumb layer.
Step 7
Spread the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and then spread the remaining Cool Whip overtop.
Step 8
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
Step 9
Just prior to serving, sprinkle with fresh chocolate shavings. (I made mine by running a vegetable peeler along the side of a chocolate bar.)
