Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls and place the bottoms on a sheet pan.
Step 3
Sauté the pepper and onions until they are tender.
Step 4
Layer the chicken, then the pepper and onion evenly over the bottom layer of bread.
Step 5
Place a layer of provolone cheese on top of the peppers and onions.
Step 6
Place the top pieces of bread on top of the cheese and then brush the tops of the bread with melted butter.
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).
Step 8
Cut and serve.
