Chicken Cheesesteak Sliders is an easy weeknight dinner recipe made with grilled chicken, peppers, onions, and melted provolone cheese, in a soft slider bun.

Chicken Cheesesteak Sliders

Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully

bell peppers (diced)

provolone cheese

slider buns

butter (melted)

Preheat oven to 350°F

Separate the tops and bottoms of your rolls and place the bottoms on a sheet pan.

Sauté the pepper and onions until they are tender.

Layer the chicken, then the pepper and onion evenly over the bottom layer of bread.

Place a layer of provolone cheese on top of the peppers and onions.

Place the top pieces of bread on top of the cheese and then brush the tops of the bread with melted butter.

Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes (or until cheese is melted).

Cut and serve.

Preheat your oven to 350 °F (177 °C). Prepare your 9X13 inch baking pan by spraying it with non- stick spray.

Slice the whole package of rolls (without separating them). Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking pan.

Place half of the cheese slices onto the rolls, then layer on all of the ham, all of the turkey, and the other half of the cheese slices.

Then place the top halves of the rolls on top.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, the egg, and pepper.  Brush this mixture all over the sliders.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.  If the buns start turning too brown, cover them loosely with tented tin foil. (We don’t want it to stick to the buns.)

Sprinkle the tops with powdered sugar and serve with jam on the side if desired.

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Slice the entire slab of slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom of the rolls on a baking sheet.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break up with the bottom of a wooden spoon, crisping up until browned. Stir in the seasonings and let cook for about 8-10 minutes until crispy. Remove from the heat.

Place the sliced sharp cheddar on the bottom layer of the slider buns and then carefully transfer the ground beef mixture on top of the cheese. Drizzle the house sauce on top of the beef and then sprinkle with the shredded cheese. Top with the top slab of slider buns. Brush with a touch of olive oil.

Transfer the baking dish with the sliders into the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately alongside ketchup, mustard, relish etc.

For the Sliders:

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Chicken Parmesan Sliders Recipe

King’s Hawaiian Pre-Sliced Slider Buns ((9 buns))

10-12 frozen chicken strips (cooked according to package instructions)

marinara sauce

milk mozzarella cheese

salted butter (melted (1 stick))

Italian Seasoning

Parmesan cheese

basil (optional, for garnish)

Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lay the bottom half of the slider buns on a baking sheet or in a baking pan.

Lay the cooked chicken strips on top of the buns.

Spoon

Spoon 1 cup of marinara sauce over the chicken, then place one slice of mozzarella over each bun and on top of the sauced chicken.

Place

Place the slider bun tops on top of the sandwiches.

Brush

Stir together the melted butter, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan. Generously brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Top with the chopped basil if desired.

Bake

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, melty, and bubbly. Pull apart or slice to serve.

My buns burnt, but I used a dark pan. Perhaps a glass dish will do better.

green onions, chopped

sharp cheddar cheese, grated

onion powder

hot sauce

lb thick-sliced ham, chopped

pull-apart slider rolls

butter, melted

In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Add green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce and stir to combine. Set aside.

Slice slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the rolls. Sprinkle with the chopped ham.

Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over the ham (or on the bottom side of the top half of the rolls) and place the top rolls on top.

Brush tops with melted butter, cover dish with foil and bake 15 minutes.

Remove foil, and bake 10-15 minutes more until golden brown. Enjoy!

Slice the original Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls down the middle without separating the individual buns. 

Spread a layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella over the entire slice.  Next, add in layers of ham, chopped pineapple and more cheese on top.  Season the top with 1/2 tbsp of Italian seasoning.

Preheat the grill to 300 degrees and set it for indirect heat.  This

Place the loaded open faced Hawaiian pizza slider on the grill and let it cook for about 10 minutes. This will allow the bread to toast up and the cheese to melt.

In a mixing bowl, melt a stick of unsalted butter, add more Italian seasoning and a generous scoop of garlic.  Whisk the ingredients together.
