Step 1
Preaheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large pan heat oil. Coat each piece of chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown in oil. Drain excess oil off, and place chicken in 9" by 13" baking dish.
Step 2
In a bowl mix pineapple, barbecue sauce, cornstarch, and ginger. Pour over top of chicken. Bake chicken for 50 to 60 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
