Step 1
Take a vessle and boil chicken with salt and water till the chicken tender for about 20 min. Take out chicken pieces and shred the chicken. Keep aside chicken stock.

In a wok, heat the oil and add maida (gram flour). Saute it till its color changes to a golden brown.

Step 6
Take out from oil. Crispy Chinese Chicken Cutlet is ready to serve hot.
