Chocolate Covered Granola Bites

Step 1

Melt both ingredients for about 15-30 seconds and mix well. Pour liquid into the ice cube tray evenly to just cover the base. Freeze for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Spread this mixture on top of the chocolate portion in the ice cube tray evenly and freeze for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine all ingredients together. At this stage, taste test your mixture to see if you would like to add any more maple syrup!
