Step 1

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180C.

Step 2

Chocolate cupcakes: Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder three times.

Step 3

In a new bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 4

In another clean bowl, beat eggs with vanilla essence to a stiff froth. Now add beaten eggs to the creamed mixture little by little.

Step 5

Fold flour into this mixture. While folding take a small cup of flour and sprinkle it then fold it with a spatula. Repeat with another cup of flour. Do not add all the flour at one time.

Step 6

While folding, add warm milk a little at a time and fold the mixture. Fold the mixture until it gets to a consistency that easily falls off the spatula. Now pour the mixture into muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 7

Icing: Mix all the 3 ingredients, combine and beat until light and fluffy. Use piping bag and decorate your cupcakes.
