Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Step 2

Fill mini cupcake tray with cupcake liners.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together with a wire whisk.

Step 4

Add eggs, oil, vanilla and milk and mix until combined.

Step 5

Add hot water and mix. Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 full.

Step 6

Bake for 15 minutes. Cool and decorate.
