Step 1
Preheat oven to 400℉. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend in sour cream and milk. Mix until creamy scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl periodically. Add sifted flour mixture. Mix well.
Step 3

In a medium-size mixing bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and cocoa and beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time and mix until smooth. Add milk one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency Spread over cooled chocolate drop cookies
