Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter powder and sugar. Add 4½ to 5 tbsp water, stirring until smooth. Reserve about ½ tsp of the peanut butter mixture. Divide the remaining mixture evenly over 8 cookies, spreading almost to the edge. Arrange 8 pretzel halves around the cookie (4 on each side) to form the spider legs. Top with another cookie, pressing to seal.
Step 2
Using a toothpick, place 2 small dots of peanut butter mixture on the top of each cookie sandwich (where the eyes will go). Top each dot with a pomegranate seed to form the spider’s eyes.
