Step 1

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate over bain marie:  Place the chopped chocolate into a heatproof bowl that sits over a pan of simmering water, stir often.

Step 3

Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add the peanuts, stir with a spoon until all the peanuts are covered with chocolate.

Step 4

Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon/s or a tablespoon(depending on how big you want the clusters), place the mixture onto the parchment paper. Let them set in the fridge for almost 45 minutes.
