These Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters make one of my favorite little no-bake treats in the world. Oh my goodness, they are fabulous!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters Recipe

chocolate chips

milk chocolate chips

peanut butter

peanuts

Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment or waxed paper and set aside.

Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a large microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave on high at 30 second intervals until chips and peanut butter have melted, stirring after each interval.&nbsp;

Stir peanuts into melted chocolate/peanut butter mixture and mix well.&nbsp;

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the parchment or waxed paper. Place in refrigerator and cool for 30 minutes or until firm. Store in an airtight container.&nbsp;

You only need 2 ingredients to make these chocolate covered peanut clusters!  My peanut to chocolate ratio is the only key to make this delicious and easy recipe.

Chocolate Peanut Clusters

(1 and 1/3 cup) peanuts, (roasted*)

(8.8 oz) semi-sweet chocolate**, (roughly chopped)

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt the chocolate over bain marie:  Place the chopped chocolate into a heatproof bowl that sits over a pan of simmering water, stir often.

Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and add the peanuts, stir with a spoon until all the peanuts are covered with chocolate.

Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon/s or a tablespoon(depending on how big you want the clusters), place the mixture onto the parchment paper.  Let them set in the fridge for almost 45 minutes.
