1 cup full fat sour cream1/2 cup mayonnaise1/3 cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves and tender stems (lightly packed)2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (the juice of about 1 lime)2 - 3 medium garlic cloves (crushed with a garlic press, amount depending on when you plan to eat it)1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (plus more to taste)
