Do you miss the bread when you make these?

If you are using parchment paper cut them into individual pieces. You will be eating the eggs on the parchment paper. 
And if you like firmer yolks maybe change the baking times to 2 minute and four minutes.

I made these this morning! They  were awesome 🥰 I made a half recipe and they came out perfect.  I will definitely make them again.

After reading all the reviews there is one obvious conclusion.....add all your “flavours” after the eggs are baked. The taste will be exactly the same as it would be if you mixed it all in before you fluff the eggs and there will be no chance of error.

Much easier with an electric mixer, no luck with the egg whites whisking by hand. These were surprisingly amazing! Followed the directions exactly and they came out perfect. I did cook the yolks slightly longer. Maybe a minute or two.

I added the jar of grated Parmesan instead of fresh Parmesan and it immediately turned my perfect stuff peaks into liquid that couldn't be whipped again. My mistake, off to McDonalds now.

Tried these last week and they were wonderful.  I cooked my bacon in the microwave and blotted it, chopped it into small pieces, and folded it into egg whites.  It was wonderful!!!  Thanks for this great new beautiful brunch!!

They are probably fantastic, but don't put bacon into the mixture! Everything was looking great, but I substituted bacon for ham. I'm pretty sure the grease changed the chemical makeup, and it caused the cloudy mixture to return back to it's runny state. DON'T ADD BACON!!!

The yolks come out perfectly runny this way. No stove to clean!  I baked the eggs on parchment sprayed with nonstick oil. Baked the frozen sausage patties in a dish. I suggest putting the sausages to bake first. Then the egg whites. And put the bread to toast when you’re adding the yolks to the clouds.

These were fantastic!  There were 4 of us and I made 8 of them.  Our one friend got up and wanted another one....they were all gone.....he was so disappointed!

I change up the spices depending on my mood. Celery salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder. Sometimes all of them. And if I really want a tiny bit of bread, I have a keto pancakes recipe I use. Also good with salsa

Delicious! I made these for my family, (substituted ham with bacon) and they turned out perfectly! Crisp, chewy, soft, it felt like biting into a cloud!

total waste of good farm eggs. Pass on this recipe of you want breakfast.
