Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Save the yolks for later.

Using an electric hand whisk, whisk on a high speed until soft peaks form.

Spoon the egg whites onto a baking tray and make a well in the middle, for the yolks to go in later. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Drop the yolks into the whites and bake for a further 3 minutes.

Serve on toast or with sides of your choice.

Do you miss the bread when you make these?

If you are using parchment paper cut them into individual pieces. You will be eating the eggs on the parchment paper. 
And if you like firmer yolks maybe change the baking times to 2 minute and four minutes.

I made these this morning! They  were awesome 🥰 I made a half recipe and they came out perfect.  I will definitely make them again.

After reading all the reviews there is one obvious conclusion.....add all your “flavours” after the eggs are baked. The taste will be exactly the same as it would be if you mixed it all in before you fluff the eggs and there will be no chance of error.

Much easier with an electric mixer, no luck with the egg whites whisking by hand. These were surprisingly amazing! Followed the directions exactly and they came out perfect. I did cook the yolks slightly longer. Maybe a minute or two.

I added the jar of grated Parmesan instead of fresh Parmesan and it immediately turned my perfect stuff peaks into liquid that couldn't be whipped again. My mistake, off to McDonalds now.

Tried these last week and they were wonderful.  I cooked my bacon in the microwave and blotted it, chopped it into small pieces, and folded it into egg whites.  It was wonderful!!!  Thanks for this great new beautiful brunch!!

They are probably fantastic, but don't put bacon into the mixture! Everything was looking great, but I substituted bacon for ham. I'm pretty sure the grease changed the chemical makeup, and it caused the cloudy mixture to return back to it's runny state. DON'T ADD BACON!!!

The yolks come out perfectly runny this way. No stove to clean!  I baked the eggs on parchment sprayed with nonstick oil. Baked the frozen sausage patties in a dish. I suggest putting the sausages to bake first. Then the egg whites. And put the bread to toast when you’re adding the yolks to the clouds.

These were fantastic!  There were 4 of us and I made 8 of them.  Our one friend got up and wanted another one....they were all gone.....he was so disappointed!

I change up the spices depending on my mood. Celery salt, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder. Sometimes all of them. And if I really want a tiny bit of bread, I have a keto pancakes recipe I use. Also good with salsa

Delicious! I made these for my family, (substituted ham with bacon) and they turned out perfectly! Crisp, chewy, soft, it felt like biting into a cloud!

total waste of good farm eggs. Pass on this recipe of you want breakfast.

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease or spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

Separate

Separate the egg whites from yolks by placing the egg whites in large bowl and place the 4 yolks in separate small bowls.

Whip

Using either a stand or hand mixer, whip whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in the parmesan cheese, parsley/chives, bacon pieces and a pinch of salt.

Form Shapes

Spoon the egg white mixture into 4 mounds on the parchment lined baking sheet. Using the back of the spoon, create a small dent or well in the center of each mound.

Bake

Bake for about 3-5 minutes. Remove egg whites from the oven and then gently place an egg yolk in the hole of each egg cloud. Season with salt and pepper.Bake for another 2-3 or until the eggs are set the way you like it. Serve with toast or eat them as they are for a great low-carb breakfast!

Start by preheating the oven to 200ºC/400ºF. Next, it's time to separate the eggs. Place the egg whites into a large mixing bowl.

The yolks can be kept in the eggshells in the egg box (that way they&#039;re easier to handle later on) or keep in a bowl and use a spoon to handle them later on.

Whisk the eggs until stiff peaks have formed.

Once you have whisked the egg whites to stiff peak form then you can fold in any additional flavorings/seasonings. For example parmesan or other cheese, herbs, spices, salt, and pepper - etc.For this recipe, I added finely chopped chives and spring onion with some salt and pepper. Be careful when folding in the herbs so you don&#039;t knock too much air out of the eggs.

Spoon the mixture into little clouds on top of a baking paper-lined baking sheet (you can lightly oil the sheet too if preferred). Then, using the back of the spoon, make a slight indent in each cloud. That&#039;s where the egg yolks will go later.

Bake in the preheated oven for between 3-5 minutes. Then remove and carefully place a yolk into the center of each egg cloud.  Place back in the oven and bake for another 3-4 minutes until the edges are golden. The yolk should still be runny when cut into.
